Hereinafter, "EDUCADVISOR".
EDUCADVISOR is the owner of the website https://www.ischooladvisor.com (hereinafter, the "Website"). Through the Website, EDUCADVISOR offers a mediation service consisting of connecting schools, nurseries and institutes, whether public, private or subsidized, operating in Spain and Mexico (hereinafter, the "Educational Centers"), and users interested in searching for and selecting Educational Centers (hereinafter, the "End Users").
EDUCADVISOR makes available to Educational Centers a cloud platform to manage their profile and public information on the Website; establish, manage and promote contact with End Users; obtain market intelligence from the education sector; highlight, promote and advertise the Educational Center; and contract services from third-party providers (hereinafter, the "International School Advisor Platform" or the "Platform").
EDUCADVISOR grants Educational Centers a license to access and use the International School Advisor Platform (hereinafter, the "Use License"). These general terms and conditions of service for Educational Centers regulate the granting of the Use License of the International School Advisor Platform (hereinafter, the "Platform Conditions").
The Use License may be contracted by any Educational Center that acts through a representative with sufficient legal capacity to perform contracting acts (hereinafter, the "Client"). The Educational Center is responsible for the accuracy of the data communicated at all times to EDUCADVISOR, committing to keep them updated or request their modification whenever necessary, to ensure correct provision of contracted services. The Educational Center declares and guarantees that it does not contract the Platform as a consumer in any case.
The contracting of the International School Advisor Platform implies express and unreserved acceptance of all the stipulations of these Platform Conditions, together with the general conditions of use, privacy policy and cookie policy of the Website, having the same validity and effectiveness as any contract entered into in writing and signed. The acceptance of these Platform Conditions perfects the contract between EDUCADVISOR and the Educational Center (hereinafter, the "Contract"). The Platform Conditions will remain available to the Educational Center on the Platform at all times.
The terms defined in the Service Conditions will apply to both the singular and plural form of said terms.
These Conditions will apply not only to the subscription of the International School Advisor Platform, but also to any other recurring subscription offered by EDUCADVISOR, unless expressly stated otherwise in the particular conditions of said service. All subscriptions will be automatically renewed for successive periods of equal duration, except cancellation in the terms provided herein.
By accepting these Platform Conditions, EDUCADVISOR grants the Educational Center a right of access and use of the International School Advisor Platform. The Use License grants the Educational Center the right to use the Platform as a service (Software as a Service) which is accessed online through the website https://www.ischooladvisor.com/dashboard/login by entering a username and password that gives access to their private area.
The Use License can be contracted through a free basic subscription plan or through paid advanced subscription plans. The Educational Center will choose the plan and subscription model that best suits their needs and preferences. In any case, the Educational Center must activate a user account, establish a password and, depending on the type of plan chosen, enter a payment method.
EDUCADVISOR will make the Platform available to the Educational Center prepared for use, with certain basic identification and contact data preloaded, as well as the functionalities of the contracted plan enabled and functional. Once inside their private area on the Platform, the Educational Center will be responsible for validating, completing and keeping updated all their identification, contact and marketing data that they consider appropriate and necessary.
The Use License is granted in a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive manner; the Use License does not grant the Educational Center any type of exploitation right of the intellectual and industrial property rights of EDUCADVISOR or third parties.
Occasionally, the contracting of the Use License may be subject to promotional plans or special subscriptions offered by a third-party provider in combination with the provision of their own services and products. The Educational Center will know the special conditions that may apply prior to the formalization of the contract and, in any case, may consult them in their private area on the Platform. EDUCADVISOR reserves the right to establish the special conditions that apply.
